Shipping Options

We offer standard surface-mode shipping for all orders within India.

  • Kerala: Free shipping on prepaid orders
  • Rest of India: Flat ₹50 shipping fee (free on prepaid orders above ₹400)
  • COD orders: Standard shipping charges apply

Delivery Timelines

Orders are prepared after receiving the order. Once prepared, we call the customer for confirmation and then dispatch. You will receive your product within 7 business days after order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require phone confirmation before dispatch. Prepaid orders ship even without a confirmation call.

Order Confirmation

We contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order details before dispatch. Please ensure your contact information is accurate.

Delayed Orders

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and advise you of a revised estimated delivery date.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.

Return & Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • We will arrange pickup from your location where available; otherwise, you may ship the product back and we will reimburse the full amount
  • Products marked as gifts at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection
